Plumbers' questions
I already get calls from Google Maps. Do I need a website?
Your Google listing gets you seen. When someone compares three plumbers on the map, the one with a site that lists its services, shows its work and names the towns it covers usually wins the call. A website also gives Google more to go on when it decides which plumbers to show.
Can the site say we do emergency and after-hours work?
Yes. If you answer the phone at night or on weekends, we make that the first thing people see, with your number beside it. If you don't, we leave it off so you only get calls you want.
Do I have to write anything or take new photos?
No. We write the first version from your Google listing and reviews and use the photos you already have. You tell us what to change. If you'd like new photos of your work added later, send them over.
What if I add a service, like water heater installs?
On Care, a new service or new photos fit in your monthly edit hour. On Starter, edits after launch are $75 an hour in 15-minute steps, and we quote them before we start.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do is give Google and your customers everything they need to choose you: your services, your service area, your reviews and a fast site that works on a phone.
