This page covers warkdigital.com and how Will Wark d/b/a Wark Digital ("we") handles information about the people who visit it or contact us. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
What you send us
Our contact form asks for your name, business name, trade, town and email, and, if you choose, your phone number, a link to your Google or Facebook listing and a message. Emails and calls give us your contact details too.
We use them to reply to you, to build the free Preview you asked for and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your details.
The form sends your message through our own form service, on our server, and on to our inbox through our email delivery provider. We keep enquiries with our business records, and we'll delete yours if you ask.
What this website measures
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us, for example from a Google search or one of our ads. It records the pages you view, your browser and device, and your approximate location, and it uses cookies to recognize a returning visitor. It doesn't give us your name, email or phone number.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking. When someone arrives from one of our ads, it records whether they then sent our contact form or tapped our phone number, so we know which ads are worth paying for. It uses cookies too.

Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. This website works without them.
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center.
- Ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you've sent us.
Other connections
Our pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch it. Like any website, our server keeps standard logs of each request (the IP address, the browser and the page) for security and troubleshooting.

Children
This website is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
